Summary
We retain data only as long as needed to operate the LumeAPI portal, meter wallet usage, comply with law, and resolve disputes. This page describes typical retention periods; specific cases may vary by jurisdiction.
Account data
- Registration: email, username, password hash — retained while the account is active.
- Deletion: contact support@lumeapi.site to request account closure; we may retain minimal records where required for billing or legal obligations.
API usage & billing logs
- Usage metadata (model id, tokens, cost, latency, timestamps) — retained for wallet reconciliation and support, typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for disputes or tax.
- Prompt content may transit upstream providers; LumeAPI does not use customer prompts to train public models. Upstream providers apply their own retention policies.
Payments
USDT transaction hashes, credited amounts, and order status are retained for accounting and fraud prevention, typically up to 7 years where required by applicable law.
Contact & support messages
Messages sent via the contact form or support email are retained as needed to resolve your request.
