LumeAPI ("we") operates lumeapi.site and the API gateway at api.lumeapi.site. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect

• Account: email, username, password hash, and session tokens for the portal.
• Billing: USDT transaction references, order status, wallet balance, and usage logs (model, tokens, cost, latency).
• API usage: prompts and payloads transit the gateway to upstream model providers; we retain usage metadata for billing and support.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, timestamps, and diagnostics for security and reliability.
• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message when you write to support.

How we use data

We process data to authenticate users, provision API keys, meter wallet usage, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Payments

Wallet top-ups use on-chain USDT. We do not store full payment card numbers. We keep transaction hashes, amounts, and settlement status for reconciliation.

Third parties

Model inference is performed by upstream providers selected for each catalog entry. Inputs you send through the API may be processed by those providers under their policies. Do not submit passwords, card numbers, or government ID in prompts.

Retention & security

We retain account and billing records as needed for legal, tax, and dispute resolution. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no system is 100% secure.

Your rights
