By accessing lumeapi.site, creating an account, topping up your USD wallet, or calling our API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Nature of the service
LumeAPI provides an OpenAI-compatible API gateway for text, image, and video models. We expose catalog pricing, API keys, wallet billing, and usage logs. Outputs are generated by third-party AI providers. LumeAPI does not provide legal, medical, or investment advice. You are responsible for how you use model outputs in production.
Accounts & API keys
You must keep credentials confidential. Keys are tied to your wallet balance and model allowlist. You are responsible for all usage under your keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Wallet, pricing & refunds
Published prices are shown in USD. Usage deducts from your wallet at the rates listed in the catalog at time of call. USDT top-ups convert to USD wallet credit according to the amount received (subject to configured tolerance and settlement rules).
Refunds: If we cannot deliver paid wallet credit due to our fault, contact samqikaka625@gmail.com with your account email and payment proof. We will remedy or refund as appropriate. Digital wallet credit delivered immediately after confirmed payment may limit statutory withdrawal rights where applicable law permits.
Acceptable use
You may not use LumeAPI to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, abuse rate limits, or attempt to bypass model allowlists. We may suspend accounts that pose security, fraud, or abuse risk.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream model providers may change availability, latency, or output quality without notice. Maintenance windows may occur with minimal notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LumeAPI is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from API use, model outputs, or wallet deductions.
